"I started in Enviroflex early last year and we systematically went about installing and rolling out processes and procedures.  We had undertaken an audit on our insurances, which had bought about savings, and were excited to be approached to have our Workcover reviewed as the company is a hybrid company offering a variety of products and services and had suffered from a lack of attention to detail in management processes.

As a result of the APM review, Enviroflex was reclassified from Manufacturing to Installing, with historical analysis yielding us a substantial refund and the correct future coverage with future fees, those more appropriate to our business. Mark Attard was able to see the opportunity for reclassification and work with us to frame the application for refund in a timely manner.  His efforts sped up our application process and his contacts enabled our application to be reviewed on the last day of the financial year giving us an additional year reimbursement which would have become unavailable in the new financial year.  Further to this Mark was conservative in his analysis, there was an opportunity for us to seek a more substantial refund, yet his prudent advice saw us seek one which ensured appropriate ongoing coverage minimising future risk.
